I normally don't like writing controversial things, because I like keeping my thoughts to myself and I would prefer if others did it more often. I also avoid controversial topics out of respect for others. I have many thoughts and many people would disagree with me, but I don't care. I just feel that if I respect someone enough not to tell them that I think she or he is a crazy selfish person, then he or she will respect me enough not to say I am too religious or lack the joy of experimentation. Neither are true, but I still prefer to have people judge me on my life not my beliefs. So I do the same to all that I know.

     Now to the controversial topic... Abortion. Abortion is the one topic all teachers in all grades and age levels demand that no student writes a topic paper of research paper on. Teacher do this due to knowing that everyone always spit the same facts from both sides over and over again and after awhile everyone is just saying, "Please shut up, I don't care!" I wonder at times if people just want the arguing to end, because people don't like hearing they are wrong or if the yelling and putting down of others is just unpleasant to all people. It then makes me wonder if the real reason why the Holocaust in Germany being so successful, was because no one knew how to call out the concentration camps without turning off the public. Maybe Hitler wouldn't have had so much support if someone found a better way to make it obvious that what he was doing is not good for anyone. How bout instead of saying, "Killing Jews is EVIL" one could say, "Hitler is hurting our society by getting rid of our workers and ruining our individuality by making us conform" or, "The Nazi party uses fear to gain power, but true power comes from the people and we the people need to gain back our power". It is interesting how a switch in the argument could maybe not only make people think about it more but maybe be more open to supporting the cause.

   Lets return to Abortion, a very hated and unloved topic. Lets look at the facts, there are two groups that are very much strong in their view of abortion: The Pro-Lifers, and the Pro-Choicers. The Pro-Life community is normally seen as the Catholic church, which is funny, because even those who openly preach against the Catholic faith are committed to being Pro-Life. so to see Pro-Life groups in their true colors they are the people who are for life. What a great thing to be for the life. I feel everyone would be for life, but then again there are those who appose life and those are the Pro-Choice people. These people are considered to be liberal, democrats, feminist and well anyone who wants a choice. So in just these names one may think you only have two choices to either love life and have no freedom or be against life and have choices. Some how I feel these names really don't do justice to either sides on the Abortion topic. So I will rename them: those who are against abortion for anyone are not call anti-abortion and those who are okay with abortion even if they would never have one or let their daughter have one are pro-abortion. I feel at this point someone is screaming in their head about how rude it is to call them pro-abortion when they believe others should have choices. But lets be honest in reality you are either for something or against this in between crap is just use used to avoid conflict. And at the beginning of this blog I already said I am being controversial and someone needs to be mad at the end of this blog for it to be truly controversial.

    Back to the facts Pro-Abortion people say abortions are needed for society to live, avoid over population, give woman back their rights that natural law stole from them by making them fertile. Abortion is also seen as  away to help woman avoid ruining their lives after a mistake. Anti-Abortion people will say that a life is a life and no one has a right to end another life due to a mistake. Anti-Abortion people also say that abortion steals all the beauty of being a woman, over-population doesn't exist and abortion destroys lives, literary and figuratively.
    Don't you love that I just stated the facts and didn't beat one side or the other into your head? I do too, because lets face it this constant fighting over the same facts get us no where, but I have a new approach which may mean nothing, but is a plus to why I am against all abortions. In my own mind Abortion is murder and only is allowed in the United States is because of the income it brings in. If this was a research paper I would state the income and people would be wtf why are we paying taxes the abortion industry should cover paying for our roads and schools and those damn doctors could still vacation in Hawaii with the left over money. To be honest the income to be nothing compared to the United States debt, but when there are a lot of zeros people assume things.
 
  When I say Abortion is murder I'm not just talking about the unborn baby I'm talking about the mother. Just on Youtube you can find story after story of woman who talk about the horror of having an abortion and how it failed at many different times. There are also many stories within books like Lime 5 and medical documents of failed abortions where the mother and the child died.

this link is a video of one abortion clinic that had a history of abusing the patience and sending young girls and woman to the hospital due to accident. Thanks to our privacy act laws if a woman dies from an abortion the family can't sue to abortion clinic, since her record are "lost" and there is no proof that she ever had an abortion.

In this sappy youtube video that goes through a partial birth abortion step by step what happens. By looking over it and being a woman certain thoughts go through my head. One is I would never let someone put huge scissors that close to my vagina ever!!! Lets think about it this baby that is being aborted is still moving and alive and no subdued. The reason people are put under for surgery is to avoid move that could cause more damage. A non-subdued baby will be constantly moving and once it feels pain it will be kicking like crazy. If it kicks the hand with the scissor the scissor could pierce through the baby's top layer of skin into the vagina. The vagina the most fragile and sensitive part of a woman's body. These woman are knocked out. If the abortionist doesn't realize that she cut her she could bleed for days and never question the pain or blood due to thinking it is her period and it hurts due to her "surgery". If she tries to call back to the abortion clinic about the pain they will say go see your doctor and by the time she gets to a hospital she could have bled out and died. The abortion doctor killed her and her baby, but  yet again he or she gets no charges against him thanks to America's lovely protecting law of privacy.

   Why would the United States of America continue to put woman's lives in danger of death every day? Why does the United States of America let millions of people smoke cigarettes and use other tobacco products that are known as one of the top killers in the nation? Why would the United States of America support continue to allow dangerous things open to the public? There is one answer and many won't like it, but money is what makes America go, it is what wins elections, it is what gets people in college, it is what drives people to keep their mouths shut or sell out a friend. The USA isn't the only place where money is the cause for letting innocent people die, the world does it. I'm not offering an answer or judgment. I'm just laying out the facts saying that abortions don't just kill the unborn; abortion also kills teenagers, college students, and single mothers on a yearly basis. Think about that for second and think about what would people say if it came out that abortions are still dangerous for the mother even though it is now legal in the United States.

I joined this chapter, because I saw we were the best, but I see our need to be better than the others has made us crazy. I don't know if you guys don't see it, but we are better than the others. We are sisters, not just some rich bitches paying for connections. Last time I checked I kind of love you all and actually enjoy being with you and don't need to get wasted off my ass to spend more than an hour with you. Don't question it I know of other sororities that can't only be together in a social setting if they are drunk. How bout instead of treating each other as just another resource to 'look' better. So next time you are about to complain about a sister, think your view is more important than someone Else's feelings, remember this; We are NOTHING without each other. If you believe it than remember we live for each other and for Alpha Delta Pi. don't make one of us want to leave, because you have issues. We all have issues, we will all disagree, but treat everyone as you would want to be treated and stop judging each other. I'm sick of it and I want it to stop. I'm tired of seeing my sisters cry, because everyone is busy being a bitch to each other. My last thought is a sorority can be one of two things a sisterhood of amazing girls who accept each other no matter what are a bunch of loser that have to pay for their friends. How bout we act like sisters instead of a bunch of losers who need to buy their friends."
